Since 1989 we have been serving the needs of our clients through professionalism, trust and simply going far beyond what most would consider a typical level of service. We only employ technologies that actually have substance; ones that can truly make a difference for our clients. All of our technology is based on the oldest and greatest technologies ever created - the human brain and liberal helpings of common sense experience.
Our business has become virtually 100% referral based. However, if you did not find us through referral, that's OK too! We welcome the opportunity to count you as one of our highly valued clients! Contact us today.

I'll be the first to admit that what I'm getting ready to throw out here is not necessarily new, but it is easily forgotten. Sometimes we need to refocus so we can accomplish the real task at hand. Yes, I know I potentially risk stepping on a few toes,
I love technology, always have. I remember the first TV remote control I ever used. It had two options, one for volume and one for channels. You would hoist this rather large and clunky device, make sure you weren't more than 10 ft. or so away from the TV and click.
Location, location, location that's probably the most well known of all real estate cliches - makes sense, doesn't it? I guess that depends on how you look at it. I think National real estate syndicate sites are an odd bunch. I am not writing this because I have some particular axe to grind - I do think there are certain aspects to them that can provide service to the consumer and occasionally to the agent.
It seems you can't go anywhere without seeing a QR code, those crazy square "bar code" symbols you can shoot a picture of with your phone and can then direct you to web sites and other online media.
